Question by : Electric bike fell over now motor stutters on and off?
Please can anyone help, I fell of the bike the second day after I bought it from a friend and the bike fell over, quite gently really, but now the motor just stops and starts all the time when the throttle is on. Can anyone give me advice as to what is the most likely fault? is the Lithium battery likely to have been damaged? Help!

The problem is you bought an electric bicycle, and a used one at that. Get a real bicycle. You’ll be healthier & happier.

probably you damaged the actual throttle control
how to get it fixed or a new one though is anyone;s guess
